    We confirm your booking after payment. We can then stay in touch on WhatsApp.

    Move in

    Once the paperwork is complete, we send access details three days before arrival.

Before you send an enquiry

Does sending an enquiry commit me to a booking?

No. Your booking is confirmed only after acceptance and payment for the first month.

How much does a month cost?

Each listing shows the rent, additional charges, deposit and monthly total. There is no booking commission.

What happens after my enquiry is accepted?

You receive an email with the amount and bank details. You have 3 days to pay, with the dates held for you during that time.

Can I book now if a studio becomes available later?

Yes. You can request dates starting after the current tenancy ends.

What is an occasional tenancy?

This type of Polish tenancy requires a notarised declaration to leave the property when the agreement ends, and an alternative address.

Is there a commission?

No. You rent directly, without an intermediary.
